It is said that we know more about the face of Mars than our world’s oceans, yet the oceans make up 70% of the Earth’s surface. Let’s join Diver Dan (named after the Divers Awareness Network) and Diver Sylvia (named after Dr. Sylvia Earle) as we explore our oceans. Oceans play such a vital role on our planet from regulating temperature to absorbing carbon dioxide and fueling the water cycle. That is the same water cycle that allows us to grow the food we need to survive. In this immersive experience called Ocean Realm everyone can explore the ocean and unlock some of its mysteries. Whether your interest is in the captivating beauty of the coral reefs (walk-through interactive area) or the secrets in the depths of the ocean (motion simulator attraction). Maybe you are fascinated with the creatures that live between these two worlds such as jellyfish (parachute jump-style attraction), nautilus (space shot attraction) or you just want to interact with various sea creatures (interactive shooting dark ride). People of all ages are more than welcome. With the area including a safe infant/toddler area and a relaxing 4D theater, there is so much to explore and discover. Don’t forget to visit The Dive Shop, have a delicious meal at The Tidal Zone, or take a photo with your favorite sea character. Most importantly have fun and delve into this Ocean Realm.
